Applied for fastag on 5th december 2019 with customer id 11818553 and go the serial number as well. But not received the tag yet, raised a complaint by login to fastag, but no resolution provided, trying to reach customer care, continuously busy, if connects also, no one answers, very pathetic service
Even chargeable number does not work at all, if we check with the bank branch, they are guiding us to contact customer care, due date is already over, kindly do the needful
