I applied fastag using icici bank web portal with required online fees on 12th december 2019. My icici bank fastag account no. Is 22357821. Vehicle registration no. Is dl4cax4480. After around 8 days, i. E. On the 20th december 2019 morning, the envelope/package of tag was received via blue dart courier to my registered address. But as soon as i opened the said envelope, it was strange and shocking to find that fastag was not present in the envelope. Only the following documents were present:
1. Icici bank letter addressed to me with all details of fastag. (But no fastag was pasted/present on it at the given space i. E. Fastag sticker box)
2. One pamphlet showing the “steps to place the fastag on your windscreen” and “dos and donts”.
3. One pamphlet showing “steps to recharge”.

It is very shocking to see that how such a large bank can miss the very fastag which was ordered and send only some papers which are useless without a fastag, which is the main thing.
What would i do with these papers without a fastag? First of all the fastag package was delivered after waiting for 8 days and that too has been received without a fastag in it.
Since then i kept calling icici customer care number (Toll free as well as chargeable) but either it goes on busy and busy for hours or gets cut without ringing at all. I went to nearby branch also, but they also don’t have any idea of what to do and informed me to contact customer care only. Hence, i am unable to reach and raise my query to anyone in the bank for the purpose of resolution of my said problem so as to get my fastag delivered to me. I showed my faith in this bank but i didn’t expect such kind of poor service and harassment/fraud from bank. I am a regular traveller through tolls and require my fastag urgently, hence i applied for it, but icici bank has done such a wrong deed to me and i am feeling helpless of what to do.

    fastag not received or delivered

    I have applied for the fast-tag from icici bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from icici. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from the bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarifies the current status of fastag....

    Booked a bus ticket in imobile app and canceled in 15 minutes, realised that travelling date is wrong. Icici cancellation policy says that you won't get any refund on the tickets cancelled on travelling date. I agree, if the ticket was booked few days before and cancelled at last minute.in my case, i wrongly booked to the current date and no refunds is not fair. Definitely, icici to revisit their cancellation policy.

      Some one is calling to my friend and said your friend 's name is this.. Took loan from our branch and now her phn switched off while my friend asking his details told her i m from icici bank mumbai while no such loan i have taken from that branch.. Once my friend put off phn he repeatedly calling her and asked for my no and tell her you are a fraud supports to your fraud friend

          fastag not received and customer care never picks call

          I applied for ICICI Fastag last month. Today, 19/12 I received serial number assigned to my tag account number. But I am not able to register even I have tag account number. It keep on asking Customer ID which I did not receive yet.
          There are 3 major questions I have -
          1. How to register to ICICI Fastag?
          2. When will I receive fastag?
          3. Is ICICI Fastag Customer care number really working?

          I haven't received my fastag as promised by 8 working days. I have submitted the request on dec 2nd 2019, and my customer id is 11780024. I have called customer care many times and it will be busy all the time and once they picked and said that it will be delivered in 2 days but its not delivered. I have also lodged a complaint using the portal as well but no action taken. Please deliver asap.

            On dated[protected] my fastag id no. 10705651. I had not use my fastag and my vehicle but toll plaza jaipur had wrong deduction of rs. 295/- on dated 26-27/09/2019. After several complaint done by me but about two months suffer wrong deducted amt. Rs. 295/- had not refunded. Please take action against authority as early as possible. My perviously complaint no. 935902. But many other complaint loddges but till date not amount refunded in my fastag a/c.

                Fastag is registered by using Username in received by SMS but no physical tag delivered till date. Its been 15 days since ordered it.
                Both the fastag customer care numbers give no response whatsoever., its better not to give numbers if you don't have to serve them.
                There is not email id provided for fastag related issues either.
                This is the worst service ever from ICICI bank in by 20yrs of relationship with the bank.

                  I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 12/08/2019.                     This is aalok Gupta and I have purchased the FASTag #[protected] through ICICI Bank on 06.12.2019, which is attached to my vehicle no. KA04MW9282 is yet not delivered.
                    Tried multiple times to call ICICI FASTag helpline is of not much help despite generating their complaint nos.
                    My said Fastag no.[protected] has been mapped to my account bearing sl. no. 22267417 on 14.12.2019 but the Fastag is yet elusive.

                      I am a customer of ICICI bank and based on that from ICICI customer care department i got a call that I am going to get lifetime free ICICI credit card. I received ICICI Rubyx card recently and in the first month statement Rs. 3000/- joining fee added. Also when i searched in website for full details of this card there was annual charges of Rs. 2000/- also along with this. Also there are no gift vouchers given as mentioned in the website. Kindly resolve this issue.

                          My icici account is charged with the following charges with a description of
                          NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~KOTA~28 NOV 19~8 cef 698~52
                          on date 16-DEC-2019. Rs. 413.00.

                          I am really not sure what exactly is the problem with ICICI, it is my second complaint with in a month and its the 5th transaction in my two accounts . Still the first one itself is not resolved .. and ICICI team is not at all responding properly .. They are not responding to any number of mails . or consumer complaints .

                          I request the consumer forum to look in to its frauds immediately and ensure this kind of actions will not repeat in future .
                          I guess ICICI is trusted bank for me from past 14 years .. Now I am thinking of moving out of it, due to its frauds and fraud transactions

                          If the bank can cheat the educated people and who are complaining regularly, what is the situation of people who are not checking the account regularly ??

                            wrong deductions of charges from fastag account

                            Had recently used ICICI Fastag for toll service and charges were properly deducted during the journey.
                            But suddenly after 2 days of journey, got an sms saying Adjustment Debit for Standard Toll Charges for the Tag Account and deducted Rs.60 at 17/12/2019 14:15:48 as CHARGEBACKPROCESS. with no fault at my end.

                            ICICI Fastag customer care is always shown busy and you can never contact them for any query. Neither you can...

                            I want to cancel oneassist plan.
                            Right now due to insufficient balance the amount 1899 cannot be deducted. But when there will be sufficient balance i don't need any deductions. Kindly cancel it. I already got a message from bank that they are unable to activate my plan due to insufficient balance. But i actually don't need it. Two days ago i got a call from bank that time i was ready to take the plan but later i changed my mind.
                            So now if i deposit some amount in my account i don't want any deductions. Kindly cancel the plan.

                              Hi, i bought icici fastag online on 6th dec. I got messages saying my icici fastag account is activated. My icici fastag account is 11823636.
                              I further got a message on 16-dec saying that fastag serial no.[protected] is assigned to tag acc. No. 11823636. But there is no information on whether the tag is shipped or not nor the tracking id?

                              Can you please help provide information on when i can get it as i'll be traveling?

                              None of the the customer care numbers provided works and the online website doesn't help as well.

                                Applied for fastag on 5th december 2019 with customer id 11818553 and go the serial number as well. But not received the tag yet, raised a complaint by login to fastag, but no resolution provided, trying to reach customer care, continuously busy, if connects also, no one answers, very pathetic service
                                Even chargeable number does not work at all, if we check with the bank branch, they are guiding us to contact customer care, due date is already over, kindly do the needful

                                Hi, I recieved message as Fasttag account created and activated. Fasttag account no is 22178724.

                                The fasttag is not received yet. Called the customer support multiple times but it goes on music for several minutes and no response. Appreciate help here ! thanks

                                  I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                  Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in consumer court. Thanks!
