The collection team call me mentioning that he is from delhi police and another person name mr amit sharma claiming that he is a lawyer of icici bank both of them used abusive language to me my father and my wife and due to this misbehave they have used wrong body posture with us also so it's my kind request please look into this matter and take necessary action. I have all the call recording as a proof also

    Dear sir,
    i requested for closer of my TID NO[protected], MID NO[protected] on 10 September 2019. The same is closed on 13 sept 2019 with Case Id[protected].
    After a week, your courier partner called me for pick up of machine 2-3 times, but didn't came for the same.
    Till date no one from your courier partner came to machine pick up.
    And today, all of sudden i.e. on 30 December 2019 icici merchant services charged for rs 17, 700/- in my Icici current account no[protected] without any prior intimation.
    There is miscommunication between Icici Merchant Services and their courier partner.
    And for the same we, "The Customer ", facing penalty charges, let me know why???
    With this email requesting Icici Merchant Services to arrange the machine pick up asap and refund my penalty charges rs 17, 700/- immediately in my above stated account.
    Because of your forced penalty charges, i am facing minimum balance issues with my current account and Icici bank is charging me penalty again.
    Hope you understand my case and solve the issue on highest priority level.

        Hi,

        I have applied for used car loan from one of dsa of icici bank in 2005 but loan was never disbursed to me by bank or it's dsa and they took 3 emi's through ecs from my account. I filed a case against icici bank in consumer court and won the case against them. Please suggest what to do as still it is showing in my cibil and no bank is offering me loan due to this.

          On[protected], i traveled from anand to vadodara by my car gj23bl0991.
          On that day i cross the vasad toll plaza where rs. 120 is deducted from my icici fastag account (Time 10:04:39) which should be rs. 60 one side (Ref. Trip number[protected]

          At the time of return on the same day[protected] at vasad toll at 13:03:31 again rs 60 is deducted from my fastag. (Ref. Number[protected].

          So extra rs 60 is deducted. So please return that to my fastag account.

            I am an a/c holder of icici bank.

            They have charged rs 177 under this category: dcardfee0427nov19-oct20+gst
            The date of this transaction (On the last 10 transactions tab in imobile) shows 30 december 2019 while at the time of writing this, it's 29 december 2019. Is icici bank time travelling?

            I am not aware of this charge. They never informed me regarding this, neither by email nor by letter.

            This is very unprofessional, unethical, very sketchy and scammy.

            Either give me a proper written statement on what charge this was or credit the money back to my account.

                Dear sir,
                I had opened savings account with icici bank in 2013, (Ac no[protected] same time opened ppf linked with this account. I have stopped using or operating this account in year 2017.
                As i am not having job from last 1 year & going through financial difficulties, approached mr. Rakesh - deputy branch manager-bannergatta road (Hulimavugate) bangalore for withdrawal of ppf amount. (It has been told by the manager while opening sb account that after 5 years you can withdraw full amount).
                Mr. Rakesh tol me that only partial amount i. E. Rs[protected] can be withdrawn now & for that he asked me to activate sb account. Mr. Rakesh has assured me that no charges will be done for reactivating account & also cleared me that no other dues there in the bank which will deduct from this amount.
                With his assurance have submitted application for same & received amount on[protected], thursday. But on[protected] deducted (Stolen) all amount from my account. On[protected] some one from bank called me & told account not reactivated as i have not submitted kyc (Need clerification
                When i approached mr. Rakesh on[protected], for clarification & his assurance made he started shouting on me & he told that this amount is towards, cheque bounce charges for axis bank loan. But when i asked him -1. Why he has wrongly committed me while submitting application for withdrawal. 2. Why amount got deducted even for closed loan account by icici bank (Axis bank deducted for same) without answering me he shouted on me & ms behaved with me in side branch in front of all.
                As iam a family man & job less for last one year kindly some one help or answer me in below issues - 1. Whether bank has right to collect or steal our ppf amount from our sb account. 2. Why no other option other than withdrawing to icici bank. 3. Ppf withdrawal time period & process. 4. How one can take amount which is not active. 5. Action against behavior of branch manager for shouting against me & misguiding me.

                  Please let me know why this charges are deducted. Under what circumstances will these charges be deducted in future. Also please send a sms or mail when you cut such charges. It is without any intimation that my money is deducted from my account.

                    श्री मान जी[protected] मे ICICI BANK का EXECUTIVE मेरे घर मेरा ACCOUNT खुलवाने के लिए आया था। वो भी मेरे किराएदार के कहने पर आया था।
                    श्री मान जी मैने icici bank EXECUTIVE के कहने पर FORM पर जहाँ कहे वहा पर SING कर दिए थे परंतु मेरे पास उस समय कोई भी पहचान पत्र (ID PROOF) नही था। आपके EXECUTIVE ने कहा कि मे manager sir से बात कर लूंगा परंतु कुछ दिन बाद वो आया और उसने मुझसे कहा कि आपका account open नही हो सकता क्योकि आपके पास कोई पहचान पत्र (ID PROOF) नही है इसलिए आपका account open नही हो सकता है।
                    उसके बाद 2015 मे मुझे पता चला कि आपकी ICICI BANK द्वारा मेरा ACCOUNT[protected] OPEN कर दिया था, और CREDIT CARD ([protected]) तथा LOAN ([protected]) भी दे दिया था, LOAN AMOUNT 25000 RS था जिसने ये LOAN लिया था उसने कुछ LAON AMOUNT भर दिया था परंतु शेष 9000 RS रह गए थे, जिस पर CHEQUE BOUNCE FEES, INTEREST CHARGE और PALENTY लगा कर 16366 RS कर दिया था। जोकि मेरे CIBIL SCORE मे आ रहा है।
                    श्री मान जी आप मुझे ये बताने का कस्ट करे कि आपने किस पहचान पत्र (ID PROOF) के आधार पर ACCOUNT OPEN किया तथा किस पहचान पत्र (ID PROOF)के आधार पर CREDIT CARD और LOAN दिया था।
                    आपसे निवेदन है कि आप इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान करने का कस्ट करें। आपकी अति कृपया होगी।

                      (A) my commercial vehicle no. Up 83 bt 5415, was passing by chhajarsi toll plaza on date: 3/12/19. The truck passed by the toll once from lane no.11. But the toll deducted twice from my fastag wallet. The first time it deducted at timing:
                      1) 8:46 pm (Toll txn id - [protected]) and after seven minutes it again got deducted at 2) 8:53 pm (Toll txn id - [protected]). Though the truck passed once but the toll deducted twice amounting to rs.415 (Each time).

                      (B) my commercial vehicle no. Up 83 at 7886, was passing by gabhana toll plaza on date: 25/12/19. The truck passed by the toll once from lane no.01. But the toll deducted twice from my fastag wallet. The first time it deducted at timing:
                      1) 10:16 pm (Toll txn id - [protected]) and just after five minutes it again got deducted at 2) 10:21pm (Toll txn id - [protected]). Though the truck passed once, but the toll deducted twice amounting to rs. 455 (Each time).
                      It is an earnest request to look into the matter as soon as possible

                        My name is Ravikumar Jagdishbhai Bhalodiya.

                        I have been wrongly charged for INR 826.00 on 27th Dec 2019 with the transaction details - DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL NOV-19 which is demat account charges.
                        I have/had never applied for the Demat account and never used it before.

                        Tried contacting customer care service, they connected me to demat account team, the answers from them were rubbish and disgusting. Instead of answering my queries of refund, they told me to get the Demat account closed by visiting the Demat branch here in Pune which is 40 kms from my home which is complete nonsense when I have never requested for one.

                        I need the refund at the earliest along with the reason for such incident.

                        Please help me to keep my trust on ICICI, its been 6+ years I am with ICICI.

                            I am VINAYAK UTTRESHWAR BAGAL. 798.63 Rupees has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL NOV-19. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '27/12/2019'----'DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL NOV-19'---- 'INR 798.63'.

                            When asked to customer care they told it is deducted for DMAT account. But, There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

                            I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged.

                            I need justice and my money back immediately.

                            This complaint is still not resolved and i still didn't get the refund.
                            As per the communication with ICICI i have been told to close the dmat account to get the refund.
                            So i have immediately closed the account but now its been 1 and half month they still haven't issued the refund.

                            Tried contacting with customer care on this 6-7 times but they are simply redirecting the call to dmat department and after the redirection call is automatically disconnected. This has happened all the times whenever i called the customer care.

                            This is pathetic service from the bank like ICICI. Not expected this kind of response from them. Disgusting.

                              ecsrtnchg deductions every month without any notice

                              My account is getting deductions every month 472 multiple times in month and as a result my account balance has dropped drastically. I am not sure what this means and why is it auto deducting? Can icici please answer and return the entire amount right away. This is not done. I'll close my account with you guys.

                              I am account holder of icici bank. I was using this account last 4 yr as salary account but there after i was not using this account due unemployed. From this month now i am using but they deducted balance 2 times in 1 week. The amount was in form smab chrg 599+chat 53.91+sgst53.91 =706.82 rupees per time and total 1week deduction 1413.64 rupees and also reissue debit chrg 588 rupees

                                  Cash payment made still fastag deduction done
                                  Date 24/12/19 time 13:28 :54 booth 12 operator santanc1145
                                  On 24 th dec i was travelling through nh2 — at banskopa toll plaza — i paid cash for toll fee amounting to rs 70/-
                                  After sometimes i found that fastag deduction, too, was made from my fastatg account — as the amount remaining was low the fastag became inactive
                                  I want refund of rs 70/- deducted from my a/c
                                  Car no wb06n3519 my mob no [protected]
                                  I sent w app message in detail to toll plaza manager mr ranjit jena on 25 th dec while i was returning — no action/response till now

                                    Double deduction
                                    I have paid in cash rs 70/- at booth 12 operator santanc1145, after sometime fastag deduction too was done
                                    As the amount became low in my wallet the fastag became inactive.
                                    On my way back on 25th dec i sent w app message to toll plaza manager mr ranjit jena who is yet to respond
                                    I want my extra amount back to my wallet
