Dear sir,

I am repaying a loan of rs. 3000, which i had taken from an app called nira whose monthly deductions happen on the 10th of every month. Due to some personal reasons i failed to pay my emi in time and repaid it on the 20th of this month. And now i can see there has been a deduction of rs 472 from my account twice can you let me how did that happen?
This how it appears in my monthly statement:

    Sir, money got deducted on 24 th december from my fastag account without my car passing through the said toll plaza at that moment. I just got three messages one at 15:13 pm saying that i have paid rs 85 for toll charges at dankuni toll plaza and other two again at 15:42 pm saying i have paid for rs 85 and rs 40 again at dankuni toll plaza. My car, didnt move a single inch at that time, was at the garage at that time.

    I dont know where to lodge complain and where to go so writing in this forum

      Hello,

      ICICI hit ECS return charges 413Rs for me for Mutual Fund - SIP transaction of 1000 Rs. which is made by mistakenly by PayTM money APP.

      First thing its disgusting that 413 charged for 1000 Rs by ICICI bank, secondly for MF which order placed mistakenly should not allow transaction if account balance is less.
      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I had approximately rs499 as balance. But before i could use the fastag the balance got reduced to rs 200.
        When contacted the customer care of icici fastag on their tollfree number, the phone continues to ring but nobody picks it up. There is no email account of the company to report such lapses. It's therefore, requested that action be initiated against the company for harassing me unnecessarily and in addition to refund of my amount compensation should also be granted.

          I had applied for home loan from icici in april 2019, agents of this bank is so unprofessional that they dont know how to handle customers. First they will take all the required documents from you and then when you follow with them for update they wont respond to your call, message or mail, and by your luck if they reply, they will come up with some more new requirements.in my case it was very hard to get response from agent, he was very unprofessional in his work, i wonder how many loan he may have processes and still dont know what all documents are required for processing loan application. First he asked me bunch of documents, which i provided asap. Then he went unresponsive for many days and gets rude on call, also switch off his phone or block, dont know what he was doing, then one fine day he will ask for some more document then go unresponsive to calls. Basically this happened for 4-5 months and my home sellers was getting pissed by seeing such a long process, then one day processing fee of 37, 406 was deducted from my account and got a sanction letter. I thought now things are going good and we are done with such a crappy process, but no they wanted a reason to deduct processing fee by providing sanction letter. After providing sanction letter they want some more documents from my seller, and this time agent went and spoke directly to seller for which he got more pissed and refused to provide document, these were the set of documents which was suppose to be asked at the time of initiating loan. So icici told that they cannot release amount.

          Now i am trying to call agent to cancel my loan, return my documents and refund my money. No response on call, message or mail.

          Then i raised a complain on icici's website, but still not updates, when followed for updates several time they escalated and they raised some internal ticket between team but no response on my mail

          What i want from icici.
          1) complete refund of my money which was deducted 37, 406.
          2) cancellation confirmation letter.
          3) all my documents

            I am trying to activate my dormant savings bank account status to active mode but icici bank guys are not helping with it. I have made two requests already but both the times they tell me that there is a signature mismatch. Now i have not changed my signature from the beginning so i find it strange and they are also not ready to show me what my signature looks like in their record. It’s very agonising and they are doing it on a purpose as i told them both the times that i want to withdraw money and close my account.

            I went to the bank, looked at my sign in your reps computer and signed it the way it is displayed (closest to the image your stored). Then I withdrew all the money I had and shut the account permanently. I am done with you guys finally !! No further help needed.
            This bank is a [censored] it has been deducting people's money for no reason in other words fooling people with deducting money for no reason...we deposit money in the bank for safety and they are betraying us...that's not fair...I want my money back...

              I am an employee of tcs kolkata.
              I use an icici multiwallet card but it has suddenly stopped working in the card swiping machine.
              When i try to check the status online, it shows that it is invalid.

                Without my consent, rs. 4000 has been deducted from my account[protected] on 23/12/2012 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected]"
                I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

                  Hi all, I want to bring this to every ones attention to axis bank fastag service. I bought car 2 years ago and i got Axis bank fastag along with it. As it was mandatory for all new vehicle. After 6 months of the usage, Axis bank blacklisted my fasttag for KYC. I am not able to pay though i have 350 Rs available in my fastag.

                  After googling found that Axis bank blocking fastag due to missing KYC so my concerns are.
                  1. Why KYC is not done at first place while issuing the fastag.
                  2. How can bank block fastag without intimating customer? How does customer know that KYC needs to be done?
                  3. How long it take KYC to be processed. As i am not Axis bank saving account customer hence visited Axis bank OMBR layout branch personally. To my surprise, staff of the bank is not aware of the KYC process for fastag. I was shaken with their blank faces. Finally spoke to branch manager Mrs Lakshmi and given ID proof, Address Proof, RC copy to complete KYC but even after 3 days i dont see KYC status updated.

                  This is very unprofessional from Axis bank side. I was having an good repo about Axis bank in my mind but this experience has shaken me. I won't be buying any product from Axis bank in future.

                    The above details are from my savings account statement. The debit mentioned is unknown, and I was not informed regarding this either by email or phone.

                    For why ICICI has charged me this?
                    Can someone tell me what kind of charge is this?

                        I have a due in my icici pay later account of Rs 14744.68 which was showing in negative in my saving account. On 15th of December I paid full amount and it got deducted from my saving account. Still not updated in pay later account.

                          Hi, i have not got any credit card delivered from icici.
                          Now i am getting bills every month for no reason.
                          Tried contacting icici customer care - no response - couldn't even talk to any of the representatives.
                          Sent email to icici still no reply it been 4-5 days i'm waiting.

                            Dear icici. I applied the fast tag through icici dated on 15.11.2019 and tag id. 11488785. Trans id. 2090106. Money deducted 499 and tag not delivered. Now completed more than 1 month. Still not yet received the toll tag. No response from icici bank. Sorry to say, if you're not professional to do the things proper way please cancel it return the money. So i can approach any other company will get tool tag.. I think you're unable to solve this problem. But what's about money.

                              I am a senior citizen of 68 years old and a heart patient. Since the past one month i have been receiving excessive harassment by icici recovery bank agents. I had formally complained on your email address as well not no response. They stand out my house refuse to go. Over the phone they use very harsh language. I am very stressed with their behavior. All this is against rbi policies. Please look into this matter asap.

                                There was a deduction of 413 rupees from ym bank account. I dint know the reason why. Please help me get it back or atleast the reason of this deduction. Customer care doesn't pick up and this is really bad for customers like me do forget and ignore these charges. Please help me resolve it as soon as possible else i'll have to take some more steps

                                  Icici agents are asking us to provde details of some unknown person : visveswar, we are senior citizens and heart patients and troubling us a lot. We don't any person. Tell your agents not to visit our house and don't trouble us please. Because of this harressment if our health is spoiled bank and collection agents will be responsible of it. Tell them not visit our house.

                                    Some collection agents are repeatedly visiting our house, we are recently purchased the house few month back and these agents are bothering our tenants in the house with old age old people, women and kids and asking about some other unknown person : vishveshwar details, ensure they don't harass us. Kindly take strict action and ensure that they don't visit our house.

                                      I applied for icici fastag, on 2 nov, i have no news today on 22 dec 19, that where it is. They have not sent me the tracking number as sms so that i could track its location.

                                      Their customer care does not have the tracking number it says, call after 7 am. Their all customer care adhikari always busy, such a bad customer service.

                                        Applied for fastag through imobile app of icici bank on 04 dec 19 and the amount debited 499.12 from my icici bank account. Thereafter no updates recieved. Fastag not received till date. Customer id[protected]. It was notified that with in 08 working days fastag will be delivered, however the same not recieved till date. It is requested to intimate the status or dispatch details immediately.

                                        Now one and half months completed, till date not received the fastag, so many times called customer care but they were simply assuring the action but nthg has happend till date
