I would like to inform you that two fraudulent transactions was done from my icici saving bank account (01xxxx5682) on 1st march 18 at time 21:43 hrs.
I was really shocked when i got sms from bank for successful transactions because somebody used my card without my knowledge and withdrawal amount of inr 10000/- twice from my account. On the same day/ time, i was in my office (Yatra online pvt ltd) gurgaon with shift timing (15:30 to 00:30) even my card was also with me.
Then i called up customer care, i was informed that both the transactions were done from atm (Saket pvr road) after that i have asked to lodge the complaint against this issue and also blocked my card and account too.
It's a pathetic service of icici how is this possible, somebody had done fraudulent transactions from my account.
Actually i am holding this bank account from last 6-7 years and this is my first time bad experience which was never expected from reliable icici bank.. Now i am thinking, since there is no security of our money so, we need stop using your services and it will better to use other bank for our security purpose. It has been passed two days but no proper resolution provided from your bank.

This is not my fault so why you people was charging the card fee of inr 706.82
