Certificate no. 47686 (Issue date 01/07/99 and redemption date 01/01/2018 with face value per bond rs. 1000/-. I am facing trouble to redeem the bonds from icici ltd. How to get the payment from icici, as they are not responding in a helpful way. The bonds were transferred by assam sales corporation (Agent: reliance industries limited [textile division]) to me demat a/c or my sbi account. Please guide me or help me on [protected].

    From last 2 months from my account charges are applying illegally without any notification for me.in the one of emergency case i was having about rs300. But it was deducted without knowing to me. I was in big trouble. It was very panic moment for me. Bank have illigally applying charges every month. I want my money back. This is absoulutely frustrating and ridicules. I have lost trust on icici bank.

      Rupees 782 and 43 has been deducted from my account as (Dp chgs till feb-18) dp charges on 02/04/2018.
      I have never used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

      Now when i check my account similar charges are levied every year. About 800 in june 2017 as well.

      I need justice and my money back immediately. My account number is[protected].

        I applied credit card on 12th of april, 2018 and later on 26th april, 2018 i received a message with application number [protected].

        Verification was done at office and home on 27th april. Later on i didn't know the status of credit card.

        I tried with customer care also, but no one is responding properly.
        I just want to know whether it is approved or declined.

          Am a icici bank customer. On 2nd may 2018 ecsrtnchg charged 413+413 rupees... I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... The bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.             I did not open any demat account in icici bank. But previous year and present year, they deducted 805 (Till mar-17)+826 (Till mar-2018) = 1631 rupees from my account. I don't want to lost my money. I want my money back. Kindly do this as soon as possible and inform me what is this "dmc/[protected] dp chgs" charges and how bank people are deducting our amount without our permission.

              There are instruction and notification came on 28th april 2017 from uidai for validity of e-aadhaar as proof of identity which is available on their website also then how same is refused to accept by icici bank as valid proof.
              I raise sr[protected] and[protected] both have been closed as refusal to accept e-aadhaar as valid proof can you give be justified reason otherwise i have to escalate this concern.

                Sbi upi failed recharge
                Transaction issue
                On 04.05.2018 at 8.24 am & i recharged my idea number through my idea app upi address for rs.179 and the amount was deducted from my account. But my sim was not recharged with debited amount. I got sms with upi reference no[protected]. Kindly, rectify the problem. Hoping you to do the same as soon as possible.

                  My uncle invested in icici money myltiplier bond 1998 with the name of his daughter. Its details are as follows:

                  Face value: 8000
                  Issue price: 4000
                  Redemption date: 17/12/2003

                  He got the certificate 2-3 days back as he was shifting his house. He is not sure whether he got the payment or not. Could you please guide us from where i can get in touch with nearer branch for this bond?

                    I am working in TCS Gurgaon. I applied ICICI prepaid food card on 16th March 2018 but it did not get activated till now. It has been one and half months. I Asked to my company HR and they suggested me KYC had not been done from bank side. I called to customer care and they found that my details were not present in the system. I am very disappointed by this carelessness from a bank like ICICI. Kindly look into the matter and complete the KYC so I can use card.

                      In the month of jan-2018 there was 7.5% cash offer on icici credit card. Icici credit card marketing person mentioned that on purchase through credit card i will be getting 7.5% cash back within 90 days of the transaction. Initially he did not mention anything regarding the emi.
                      While we finalised the product the where making the payment the merchant told that i should select the emi period. Then the icici sales person told that the offer is for emi conversion and there is no interest on the emi.
                      In the first bill when the emi was raised there was an interest amount then i was informed that the interest will be reversed back. They charge the interest on emi as it is mandatory as per rbi rules.
                      As i did not get the cash back on 3-may i called the customer care and i enquired about the cash back he tell me that rs.486 is credited to my account. Then i told him that it is the interest reversal. He was not agreeing to it then i told the 7.5% of the cash back comes to around 1600 then he kept me on hold for 10 min and after 10 min he confirm there is a cash back but it is after 90 days of the offer period.
                      It took me around 45 mins to make them confirm regarding cash back and i mentioned them to register a complaint regarding the false information given by sales representative at the time purchases. And finally they say sorry for the inconvenience caused.
                      I think the bank should penalised for such of false information and delay in the offers. I have raised the service request for the same. It is sr[protected]

                      Dear Sir,

                      I received a mail from ICICI bank on 10-May stating that the cash back of Rs.486.08 is credited on 13/03/2018 against the 7.5% cash back offer for the amount spent on Rs.22400.

                      They are not even calculating what will the amount for 7.5% of 22400.
                      Rs.486.08 was the reversal of the interest on the EMI which i have mentioned to customer care and it was agreed on the call made on 03 or 04 May-2018. the representative i spoke was MR.Nayeem. And service request SR[protected] was raised.

                      Now in the mail they are mentioning that there is no such requested raised in the system. Bank is totally lying and wasting the time.

                        I have ordered from zomato app on april 25th 10:18 pm. And paid the amount of rs 250 from icici net banking. But zomato said we haven't received the paymeny as it was failed by the payment gateway website and it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 working days in your bank account. But my bank detailed statement says the amount has been paid to zomato. I have contacted zomato customer care and they said they havn't received any payment so they're not responsible for it. But when i have checked the transaction details today it shows the amount of rs 250 has been paid to zomato on 25th april and there is no "refund of rs 250". Now what should i do? It's been a week and i haven't received the amount. I am loosing my trust on icici bank.

                            At the time of opening the account, the contact person sagar prajapti from icici bank relief road branch told me that the mab for icici 3 in 1 account is inr 5000. But now even after maintaining the account balance inr 5000, inr 1000 deducted from my account. I want refund of mab charges and minimum blaance should be 5000 as per your advisor's commitment, otherwise i will close all my icici bank savings and demat accounts.

                              I never swipe a card in any store but icici bank charges me with posdec charges what the hell is this are they just stealing are money do something yes i repeat again i never swipe my card in any store
                              They also charged me for debit card use 588 rupee for coral debit card but i also ask them for please deactivate my coral service but they didn't deactivate this but no issue for that because i am using that card but without swiping my card in any store they deduct charges for insufficient balance this is horrible service i thought icici bank is best but now i think they prove me wrong

                                  I am sheshadri, working in tcs hyderabad. Food card was issued to me on march 2016 and it gets expired on 2021. My mobile number is not registered with my food card, so i used to check my balance through website. Since last month whenever i try to log in, it shows me the error that card is in invalid state. When i try to make a purchase, it gets declined.

                                    I worked with icici bank from feb 2003 to sep 2004. My employee id is 111115.

                                    Icici bank has not released my pf yet. I have sent them the settlement form 2 times. I called icici bank head office in mumbai but nobody helped.
                                    It has been over 13 years i left icici bank. It's very disappointing that a bank of this scale is not able to perform a normal tasks in this long time.
                                    I do not have phone number of payroll now.

                                    I asked an icici bank branch officer/manager for guidance or contact details of the concerned department, he had asked me to use google.

                                    I am really disappointed both as an employee as well as a customer.

                                    I need to know how this can be resolved at the earliest.

                                      I have visited icici bank, sohna road, gurgaon on 01.05.2018 regarding redemption of attached children growth bonds, purchased on 19.02.2002 and maturity date 19.07.2018.
                                      I was told by dm (Said icici brach) that this could not be processed by them and i was advise to write a mail to [protected]@icicibank.com.

                                      Please find mail below which was delivered on 01.05.2018 by me to [protected]@icicibank.com along with [protected]@icicibank.com as well as [protected]@icicibank.com & [protected]@icicibank.com but yet to receive any response from concerned icici bank officials.

                                      Pls help me to redeem these bonds on its' due date, 19.07.2018.

                                      Thanking you in advance for all sincere support and necessary guidance in redemption of above mentioned bonds on it's maturity date, 19.07.2018 only.

                                        Hi,
                                        I am having 3 current accounts and 1 savings account, and 2 fastag account with icici, vijayawada main branch..

                                        What ever we can do by icici online services through internet banking was really good.. But manual what we can do it in branch was really worst and horrible working staff..
                                        I have asked for current account receiving limit by calling to the executive many times, but no response..
                                        I have applied for merchant services for payment gateway, pos system.. No update. Not receiving calls even.
                                        I have applied for credit card no update..
                                        I have applied for loan, no update.
                                        I have requested to cancel fastag account, 1 month completed no update.

                                        I have never seen such type of blind bank anywhere.. Small government banks are much much better..

                                        Even to deposit cast it will take nearly 30min to 1hr... By following 3 steps of procedure.. For this they are saying, it is for customer friendly.. Dont know what customer friendly they are provding..

                                        I was having issues with my iMobile app so I uninstall it. After reinstalling it on my Android phone, selecting NRI option, clicking Activate button, the app says that a SMS has been initiated and takes me to 2nd screen which asks me to click on Resume button, and I keep getting the attached error message in a continuous loop. Please help.

                                        I have done my jio recharge through my jio app and used [protected]@icici upi gateway for payment on 21st April 2018.as soon as I permit my account deducted with 349/- RS but not got recharge and my plan is ending I recharge again.please refund me my 349 RS
