ICICI Bank — fraud/unauthorized/unconcerned investment

Following icici bank employee suggest me to investment in icici funds with following terms and benefits, i was agree and accepted the same. Which was one time investment, and i can close the same after 2 months.
But without my instruction they started deducting money on monthly basis. So i complained the same to refund the amount, which they returned was also not the whole amount they deducted. After the suggest from same icici employee i withdraw the whole amount from my icici savings bank account to stop further auto deductions, but now icici is charging me the bounce charges again and again. Which is rs. 4661 in total. After so many complains to bank they refunded me only rs. 944.
