ICICI Bank — Freezing of My Bank Account

My bank account has been frozen for the past 10 days, and I am unable to use it for any transactions. I visited the nearest ICICI branch and submitted a letter regarding the issue. The branch provided me with a contact number and asked me to speak with Mr. Apoorv Malviya from the Powai branch.

However, it has been a week, and my calls have not been answered. Due to this, I am still unable to access or use my bank account, which is affecting my daily work and transactions.
