Terribly upset with ICICI Bank. My salary account has been frozen without any prior intimation or clarification. (Account number ending ****4311
Coming to the resolution, utterly poor service. ICICI Bank is just making me call customer care number, visit nearest/main branch with no resolution. Just playing around customers with no help/support when the customer itself is confirming the transactions.
It's been three days with no attempt to resolve the issue. Utter negligence from the team.
If you guys can address this, please have it resolved at the earliest instead of redirecting me again to any other channel.
I am done with the services and i am all positive that I won't be an ICICI customer in future Was this information helpful? |
