[Resolved] ICICI Bank — frozen account without any reason | |||
I have been using this account for 3 months as a salary account and didn’t had any problem but one day i was making the transaction and i got a message that the transaction got failed account is frozen or blocked, so next day i visited the nearest branch and got to know that my account is frozen, even the bank staff was not aware that why the account is froze, they told me that they’ll investigate and let me know, but its been more than 3 days and i don’t have any idea of what the hell happened to my account. Because i submitted everything, adhar, pan, photo. Please help me out in this, today is the holiday and i’m stuck with nothing. Was this information helpful? | |||
