ICICI Bank — Functioning of Sukanya Samriddhi Account

ICICI Bank has put up all its resources against the consumers so that one cannot make use of any of its services.
Many other issues but recently it made me frustrated why the hell did I walked into its bank branch 9, Pheleps @CP, Delhi.
On 4th April-17 I tried to transfer the amount for this FY but could not succeed in any manner.
1. Transfer from my personal ICICI account to linked Payee SSY account from mobile app - No success
2. Online transfer for same as 1 - No success
Error: Transaction cannot be processed using the selected account
3. Called customer care they picked up phone said hello hello 2 ..3 times and muted my call I kept trying to speak for next 10 mins
neither they disconnect the call nor answered any word.
4. Tried Chat help ..you can check the nascence they chat in attached email transcript.
5. Emailed them the screenshot of the error as per chat ..no reply or acknowledgment
6. Looked around the net banking portal to raise SR, guess what they do have any option for any complaint related to SSY or transfer among ICICI bank accounts itself. So there is no way one can raise SR.
7. Walked into ICICI bank as it is 5 mins away from my office . and tried the transfer from the ATM in its premise.
Guess what the error is your card is blocked.
8. Talked to the bank representative he checks the card is fine, asked to check the account and he says no issues. But do not extend any further help. Sir aap cheque jama kijiye.
9. Transferred the money to the Kiddy(minor) account then logged in to the net banking portal to check for transfer option to self linked account, but ICICI does not stop its help here as well. The SSY account doesn't show up in drop down under TO account option. :)...
Seems only last resort of writing a cheque is left. Which defies the only option I chose opening the SSY in a bank rather than post office so that I could deposit the amount from any where.

Additionally they do not provide any passbook as well for SSY account, which makes it difficult while submitting as investment proof.
No separate statement indicating it is SSY account just small code SSYSB in statement.

Extra charge of 17.25 for SMSChgsOct16-Dec16+Stax2.25

Please read through the problem faced by another consumer and one can realize how the ICICI bank is trying to push its consumers against the wall.
