Hi, I tried to do a fund transfer of rupees 37467.37 from my savings account to the beneficiary holding an account with AXIS bank. The transaction timed out and did not complete, however, the amount got debited from my account and also not received by the beneficiary. Please help in resolving this issue. I tried reaching customer care multiple times and I did not get a chance to speak with any representatives as the call go disconnected by the IVR mentioned there was a high call volume and requested to try later.
