[Resolved] ICICI Bank — getting fake/ fraudulent calls | |||
Dear sir/ madam, This is deval laxmikant my savings account no is[protected]. Today, i got two fake calls from no[protected] and [protected]. They claims that they are from icici customr service department and want to guide for safety measure to icici debit or credit cards. Once they build up communication, they ask card details I request you to investigate and help to stop such fraud call making companies Was this information helpful? | |||

I have recently opened an account with ICICI. However I am facing the issue of not receiving OTP for any transaction or OTP for any other service. I called up the bank helpline number and they told me that they are sending the OTP it must be a network problem .It cannot be a network problem since I receive all other messages on the same number.
