[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — gift card expired

Esteemed sir/ madam,
This is an earnest plea for renewing my terminated gift card, which was validated on march, 2018.
Owing to a grave and unavoidable circumstance, i could not spend it within the said date.
Thus, having presented the grievous distress of mine before you, i make a solemn appeal to you to kindly suggest a solution to my grim concern and relieve me of my severe anxiety by doing the needful at your earliest possible convenience. It would be an extremely supportive assistance on your part is you kindly address my woe

I was trying to transfer 11000 rs from icici bank to Maharashtra bank through IMPS but amount is not get credited to beneficiary bank ...Got message as timeout at beneficiary bank and beneficiary will update status ..i want to talk with customer care of icici bank.but didn't get satisfactory answer ... please help me resolved this problem.
I have completed my kyc in pockets app but it is not reflecting for my multi wallet card and neither i cant see my card number anywhere in the pockets app.please help me in this.
Cancellation of One Assist Plan
I had never asked for renewal of the One Assist Plan. Also a sum of Rs 1899 has been debited from my account and I want a refund. Please disable this One Assist Plan as soon as possible and kindly credit the amount.

Please be informed that DP charges amounting to Rs.826/- has been debited from my account on 28th March 2018. I am surprise that i don't have any Demat account in ICICI bank, but still charges have been debited from the account. Transaction details is as under:

Today I withdrawn money from ICICI Bank ATM and 2 transactions were charged with 23.60 INR. This is my first transaction during this month, why this is charged. As per my knowledge first 5 transaction are free. Then why this charge..?
