[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Gift card icici cheating | |||||
I was given a gift card of icici visa corporate which i used only once or twice As i mostly use my credit card. when i found that my card has expired i called the customer care to issue me a replacement card. customer care lady asked me to tell exact amount of last transaction on this card. as it happened months ago how can i recall the exact amount, no one told me that i have to remember exact amount if the replacement card has to be issued. so refused to issue the replacement card. so i cannot use the remaining amount of my card. i feel cheated.
