[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — gift card not received

I have received link of gift card from my friend as wedding gift but still not received original card even after more than 4 months. And i am unable to use my card through that link.

Please help to get my card asap before its expiry.in the meanwhile please advice how to use it online.

My friend continuously trying to contact customer care for the same but unable to get proper response.

Also let me know can i use my card to buy jewelry.

I have open the saving account date 20 june 2018 in icici bank ltd but bank is show in my account in minse 39, 701.71 pase. and i am visit in bank 4 ot 5 time but bank has no any solutions i filde the case in consumer court please help me .

last visit i am meet with bank manager is required the return complete but manager is not solution till date

Please provide me explanation for the amount debited from ICICI ATM at hopes college (ATM OFFSIT) on 03/05/2019 22:34:09. But not dispensed Rs2500. But got debited from my account.
