ICICI Bank — gift card not receiving

Hello gentleman, I've ordered gift card through icici bank. Gift card shipping in bludart courier with reference of waybill no : [protected]. But, it's not reached to me and showing the tracking as undelivered shipment held at location. But, receiver located in the same address. Also, i went to counter for the collection of gift card, but, they denied to hand over. Please provide the solution to pickup. It's urgent.
