ICICI Bank — Given wrong information to upgrade my debit card and charged more | |||
ICICI Complaint No : SR[protected] My card information was given to fraudster and so called to ICICI bank to block my card and request for the new card on 10th of March 2015. The executive informed to upgrade my card to Coral debit card which will have many features and is chargeable of 200 rupees a year. I opted for the same and when I received the card they charged me 560 rupees. I called back to the ICICI bank on 18th March and escalated the same that I have been given wrong information for the card upgradation and I want to get the normal card and also my money back. They promised to get the solution in 3 working days. As they didnot get back I called them back on 23 March and they replied to hold for one day and issue will be resolved and they will call me back. Again as there is no information I called them back today on 25th March and now they told me to wait for 1 more day and also the maximum resolution time is 1 month. Every time I called them I have to talk for 15 to 20 minutes which charge me around 20 rupees each time. I am not sure if they are taking this seriously as they have given me wrong information for upgradation. Was this information helpful? | |||
