ICICI Bank — Got half note from atm machine

Address: 224,225, UGF, Sanjar Gold, ICICI Bank Ltd., Shop No 215, 216, Sector 2D, Vrindavan Colony, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226029

I withdrew cash from the ATM at the Vrindavan Yojna branch in Lucknow. Among the notes, one ₹500 note was torn. I submitted an application for its exchange, but it has been over a week and I have not received any response.
