[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — grid authentication blocked

Whenever I try to login to icici mobile banking app it is showing you are blocked for multiple invalid grid card validation attempts since I have entered the correct details everytime i have tried to login after reinstalling app but the same issue of invalid grid aunthetication occured I have mailed @icici customer support but no response is there from 1 month and icici customer support is useless they are unable to resolve it and the same automated calls whenever I call them I am very upset regarding this issue and this is third time they are doing same thing and if it is not resolved I will soon close my icici bank account.
