[Resolved] ICICI Bank — grid authentication disabled | |
My grid authentication has been disable on 09/09/201, inspite of having entered the correct values. I need to re-enable it, as this is my salary account and depend on it for making all utilities and bill payements. Your “24-hour customer care” is of no use in this regard as there isn’t an option to register this complain/request service. Can you please help me in re-activating the grid authentication.
