ICICI Bank — Grievance - home loan a/c no - lbpun[protected]

Hello there,

I am deeply disillusioned and humiliated by the services offered to me by ICICI towards my Home Loan (A/C - LBPUN[protected]).The cheque (No - 260348) handed over to me by ICICI for the Balance Transfer has bounced.
I couldn't submit the said cheque to Axis (for balance transfer) immediately after receiving it (from ICICI)due to some unavoidable personal issues and being out of country for some time.After coming back and before submitting the said cheque to Axis I visited the ICICI Bhandarkar Road loan centre twice where I was told by Mr Rajiv Singh (he is the branch manager) to go ahead and submit the cheque as the validity is of 3 months.
The cheque has bounced.At the same time both of these banks have debited homeloan EMI INR 25000 from my salary account.Not just that ICICI is telling me on my face that they will debit the EMI for next month as well.The cheque has bounced that means no money has been given to me by ICICI and still its debiting EMI from my account.This is completely unethical and illegal.

I have been trying to get this sorted by calling Mr Prakash Kumar, Mr Lahu Doke and Mr Akshay Rasar incessantly however their attitude towards me have also changed just because they have got their sales targets and ICICI is able to loot interest from me without giving a single penny.

I need help to get ICICI to its senses.

I have not received any resolution as yet.On top it ICICI have debited the EMI (INR 25000) from my salary account eventhough the DD bounced.The logical explanation is if the DD has bounced that means the funds allocated to me were de- allocated and ICICI had no legal or moral ground to debit EMI from my salary account.I have not received any response from ICICI even after explaining it several times.

I am quite humiliated this evening again by ICICI when I got a call from [protected] after updating above comments.The agent (I forgot his name) told me to share my ICICI a/c details to which I responded of refunding the (looted) amount to my salary account (HDFC) from where the EMI has been debited (as I dnt have an ICICI savings account).To this he responded that they cnt transfer to any other account as the bank doesnt allow to do so and disconnected the call.
