ICICI Bank — Harassment by credit recovery agent

Customer name: venkatesh j iyer, address: no: 18, formerly shiv smurty, jay shubham chs, devi chowk, dombivili west, thane district . Maharashtra -421202.
Respected sir/ madam,
I have received a threatening call some times back from their number[protected] on my icici bank credit card registered mobile no:[protected] and i had informed icici bank customer care vide their number[protected] . They informed that i donot have to worry, as no pending amount is shown in my account and my credit card is clear
Yesterday, 18, 03.2016, i had to literally run all the way from dombivili station to my house, as my old father called me that a recovery agent has entered our house and is demanding repayment of pending balance on my credit card, amounting to rs. 85, 000/-
The details were in the name of venkat iyer and also matched our house address. However the credit card number differs. After complaing to icici co6nsumer care on their number[protected] and spoke to one of their office mr. Afzal ; ref no: sr[protected], i found that due to some error in andheri branch, there had been a mismatch and i am harassed for no fault of mine.
Why should i not take them to court and seek compensation for the harassment? Kindly advice
