1. I write this complaint at the last resort after facing a lot of harassment from you employees at various levels.
2. This is with reference to my Savings Bank Account No[protected], with an online linked FD opened with Singhad Road Branch, Pune wherein online it showed me that I could have an credit card linked to that account.
3. After opening the FD, I inquired the same from your Customer Care who told me that an insta credit card can be obtained over the counter at any branch. However when I inquired the same from Singhad Road Branch, Pune they told me the same was not available.
4. As I told them what was told to me by the Customer Care, they promised me that they would find about it.
5. After 2-3 visits for the same to the branch when I met the manager, Mr Aditya Marathe (mobile no [protected]) he promised me to get one.
6. Again on 2-3 visits to the branch later, he was finally able to MANAGER one insta credit card on 18 May 2016. Subsequent to which he assured me that this would be activated by 23 Jun 2016.
7. After not getting the card activated even after 10 days, when I contacted him, he again promised me that it would soon be activated and now after about 20 days the card has not got activated. Mr Aditya Marathe does not even respond to my calls now.
8. Such is a totally unprofessional behavior from an employee of ICICI that too from a so called MANAGER. Even if there is some problem/ delay in getting the card activated he should at least have the courtesy to respond to my calls. On contacting the customer care they tell me to visit the branch.
9.I had chosen ICICI out of all the banks just with the reason of having a wonderful relation in the past, but thte kind of attitude that i have received from Mr Aditya Marathe, I now have a totally different perception about ICICI Bank.
10.I am also now sure now not to recommend ICICI Bank to anyone. Totally disappointed with ICICI bank especially with MR ADITYA MARATHE
