Complain against Harassment For Amazon ICICI Bank Credit Card Payment (Card No. [protected]) .

As the above topic suggest, I hereby want to complain against the MR. TAUSEEF AHMED from collection agency of ICICI Credit card Rohini Sector 08, Delhi. I have been issue in my name (AKHILESH ARYA), Card No. [protected], I want to bring to your notice that I had taken Loan on this a credit of Rs 293000/- Plus Limit of this card is 110000 through this card and have already made a payment of Rs 150000/- Approx. for the same. Due to Some financial crises in past two year i don't able to pay of pending amount, also i am in debt trapped by ICICI Bank agents now because when i have 50000 approx. amount outstanding i request you bank for restructure my balance for easy payment continuity but agent get 11k amount from me and promised me to restructure the same as he says. He does't done it and again asking me for payment. Now its affected me badly and still I have been getting harassing calls to make more payment on the card. I fail to understand that how has such outstanding amount 402100 come up in my account.

I have been getting harassing calls from the agency asking for the money, they have been present at my home without my presence demand money from my Mother, my wife. They also said bad words to me for office visit. I want you to help us on this. I am a Migron patient.. I have already paid whatever I could on this account and would not be able to pay anymore like this and also try to pay next year.

I hope this letter of mine would be taken seriously and I would be helped in some or the other way.
