Dear Sir,
Even after making payment on time, the bank had misplaced the cheque, the bank has charged late payment fees, interest plus taxes.
Subsequently on enquiring, they responded that I had written wrong card no on the cheque. On request for sharing the scanned cheque thru email, they are not willing to do so.
The entire process has happened when I was in family vacation in a remote place with less/no connectivity leading to physical & mental harassment, wastage of time, unwanted phone & email interaction which is still continuing. The customer service team, is intentionally harassing me for fault made by their employees.
Request you to take up the matter strictly with the banker & their robotic employees.
