ICICI Bank — harassment for registration of mobile number | |||
I was using ICICI Pockets wallet till December last year. They blocked my wallet stating my KYC had expired. They are not allowing me to reregister and create my wallet for my number [protected]. I have downloaded and uninstalled the app ICICI POCKETS so many times. Every time it asks for SIM verification, Rs 1.50 is debited for SMS'es from my talktime. My registration has not been completed and I have lost over Rs 100 due to the SMS debits without the task getting completed. Pl help me in refunding Rs 100. ICICI Pockets is a fraud wallet and ask the bank details for any assistance they provide. Was this information helpful? | |||

The harassment continues. ICICI Pockets had sent me an email stating that the matter would be resolved on 24th June and I would be able to create and access a fresh wallet on 25th June. But even now, I'm not able to create and access a fresh wallet. I downloaded the app ICICI Pockets and sent SMS'es costing me Rs 1.50 per SMS for SIM verification as per the rules of ICICI Pockets. But I'm not able to proceed further and only losing money from my talktime for the SMS'es related to the SIM verification.
