[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Harassment from bank after its been 3 years | |||||
I have called and submitted my written complaint to icici bank branch 100 times in last 3 years. When its customers money they are ready to absorb all then time. But when its about giving back to the customer they cant do anything 3 years back i called your bank to complaint about a wrong transaction. Icici customer care person told me its a dormant account. The funds will be reversed in your account. It was few days before my marrige. After that for last three years i have been trying to get my money back but they give me unnecessary reasons and asking me to visit the home branch of that person where the money is absorbed. I have talked to the mangers of the branches but i think they are not intrested in returning my money. Can somebody help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
