ICICI Bank — Harassment from icici bank agent

Dear Sir, From last 2 days me and my wife receiving a call from icici bank agent rohini branch . I ask him to give me a call on monday to settle the payment of my wife credit card issues. He called me and my wife today n number of time and using the abusing language to pay the payment and trying to call my relatives and friends to harass us . If bank using this way out taking out the money from there customer then no body would like to pay the money in gunda raj . We are a service class people and i am also using 5 banks credit card there is no issues because they support us in a polite manner .
