[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Harassment over call

We have a saving bank account in ICICI in which I am joint account holder and its in my mother's name. Since past 3 months I am having trouble in calling these guys. First when they will ask some details for verification. When I am joint holder, why they are asking details about primary holder ? Okay fine, some details you keep track of like your grand mothers name, DOB etc. Fine, I can provide that, rest they have no interest in my details. What the hell is wrong if I cannot answer one stupid question or so ? Second: I want to generate login pwd for my account, they say call from registered mobile number. My provided number is blocked due to inactivity. They say we cannot update give us debit card PIN. I rarely use PIN I do not have it, let me generate. NO they said. U need phone number for PIN generation and PIN for phone number. This non sense is happening since past 6 months or so. My mother lives back in hometown and for these hassle free tasks I kept my name also in there. They are insulting me on phone again and again in this way. Last call: 05.01.2016 1530 hrs. Finally, same day my mother visited branch in person, made a hand filled transaction to move some amount from this bank to one other ICICI bank account. She told to update her number so that we can use net banking. Executive told she is "busy and please come tomorrow". Shocked? Story does not ends here, the transaction is not completed even after 5 hours. I called up again this customer care at sad time as above and again they want primary account holder details when crap I am calling I also own that account ! Who remembers her mother year of birth tell me ? DOB I provided. what is your mother's PAN card ? answer me. enough of nonsense. Am I telling you to make any transaction? Enough of nonsense, my mother visited in person to get the money transferred after 6 months they are behaving non sense in updating new phone number. And they cannot tell the status of the transaction. We are middle class people, living on this whole money in saving account and this is the way they are responding to us. They cannot tell me status of my transaction that is made in person. Already I have left hope of login into my account online long before. God Bless Me!
