three persons naming geeta, nafisa, and umesh calling us on behalf of icici bank regarding payment of loan .they giving me and my family threats and using abusive languages.they are calling about 30 times in a day.they are calling my daughters office on her landline every now and then and using abusive wordsand calling her colleagues and co workers to ruining her image.giving us social and mental trauma.they are calling from [protected], [protected],

I would like you to know that I am full aware of the RBIs below Law:
"The Banking Ombudsman may award compensation not exceeding Rs 1 lakh to the complainant only in the case of complaints relating to credit card operations for mental agony and harassment. The Banking Ombudsman will take into account the loss of the complainant s time, expenses incurred by the complainant, harassment and mental anguish suffered by the complainant while passing such award."
I am filing a case against these illiterate people calling on behalf of your bank to my neighbours and generating a negative publicity as calling bad names and harassing my neighbours will surely ruin the companies reputation.
List of illiterate people:
Vinita (owner of DS at Bhandup)
Umesh, Geeta and Nafisa ([protected])
Anil Jaiswal (called my daughters office and told her that my daughter is mentally sick. she went on to commit suicide outside her office road[protected]
Iqrar[protected]/3
These illiterate people called bad names to my family.
I have filed a complaint in two police stations
Every time i file a complaint. The other DS starts calling my family.
I will soon send a legal notice to your chairman K V Kamath.I am sure he will pay heed to the suicide of my daughter.
Please get ready for anti-ICICI bank facebook page.
I also have connections in with media chaps who will surely ruin the companies reputation who is trying to hide itself behind these "bhade kay tattus".
I have saved the recordings of the threatening phone calls from the DS hired by you.

request the officer to furnish email id and employee prior starting any discussion. Note the Branch Address Branch Head Name from where they are calling. note down all the phone numbers and its timing
