[Resolved] ICICI Bank — harassing and abusing | |||
I want to lodge a complaint against icici credit card recovery staff. I owed a credit card from icici bank and the outstandings are around 79, 000/- i have not denied paying the same & i also accepted i delay your payment but i asked to give me few days to clear because i stuck between some financial problem. But now i am getting harassing threats and abuses from icici bank recovery team. From last few days icici credit card recovery telecaller or recovery executive consistently calling me & my parents relatives & their offices. They are using very wrong words with me and my family, relative as well. All through i cleared them that i will make payment and also cleared that i received your each and every call. I had not break communication with you. So do not call my relatives, friends & family still they kept calling and harassing my family & relative as well. I got a call from following various number :[protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected] I humbly request stop harassing or else i will take legal action.
