Complaint marked as Resolved Initially CICI customer representives called and then told that they won't be able to do anything. When asked they even couldn't tell me the reason for this deduction.
So I called customer care multiple times, but no resolution.
Finally, I submitted a complaint in ICICI's official website. For raising this complaint, you don't require to log in, but do provide as much as supporting information. Very next day i got reply to this complaint that the charged amount will be reverted withing 1 business day. And they reverted it. Thanks!
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
