[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Home loan - LBBNG[protected]

I took this loan 2 years back in 2019 on subvention scheme with ICIC home loan under Shriram properties for 240 months and for an amount of 24lkh on repo rate interest. No proper customer service and this year all of sudden an pre EMI amount got debited from my ICICI savings account when checked they said the scheme was till June 2022 only where builder was paying all this time now customer has to pay. I want to make pre closure and get out of this mis leading scheme concept. I went to ICICI bank assets management bank today they are saying need to wait till final disbursement of loan amount to do any pre closure or complete closure. It is mis leading information given by Shriram property (2 years project and no payment till possession) & ICICI bank just to crack the sales deal for property. Now when I try to reduce my burden of loan tenure or amount no one wants to assist me for pre closure and want me to pay interest without any principal amount added for 240 months
