ICICI Bank — Home loan MCLR conversion | |||||
Worst service by icici bank. I have given an application for conversion to mclr.. Still the request not processed.. After 9 days and lots of follow up.. It's very unprofessional. I have called customer care and they are telling dat branch is not doing the work. Brach ppl r telling dat central office is not doing the work. Lied to me dat 29th evening it will be proceeded. Till now it's pending.. Branch officials r cheating customer by telling lies. Was this information helpful? | |||||
