[Resolved] ICICI Bank — How track my credit card Application Number[protected]

Hi,
I applied for ICICI credit card from last two week, verification is done by ICICI bank and i got approval message also. They provide me 13 digit application number[protected] . When i try to track my application number it shows no record found message. Please suggest my how to track my application.
