ICICI Bank — I am complaining about Demat charges which are, deducted from my account

Dear ICICI,

With all due respect I want to say that I opened my ICICI salary account in year 2014 and at that time ICICI representative also provided me the Demat account.
Later on I received many calls from ICICI to activate the Demat Account but I didn't do that. After few months I Went to ICICI representative and submitted documents required for closing my Demat account.

But on 29/08/2016, I saw ICICI deducted Rs.575 from my account as "59650799 DP CHGS TILL JUL-16" .

Even when the ICICI representative was proving the Demat account he confirmed that there are no charges and will never be charged in future. This is completely unacceptable.

Please take action on it and refund my amount ASAP.
