ICICI Bank — I am complaining about fake information given by ICICI Personal loan department for convincing me to take the person loan

I have taken ICICI personal loan, Amount was credited to my account by last Thursday, but I received the welcome letter on Friday only.

In welcome letter its mentioned as Part payment is not allowed for personal loan and preclosure allowed only after 12 EMIs with 5%+ GST,

But ICICI DSA Team commited me that part payment and pre closure of loan is allowed after 6 EMIs without any additional charges.

For convincing me to take loan they have given such fake information and cheated me to proceed the loan.

Now I approched the ICICI customer care team they are not giving proper response and asking to pay the all charges to close this loan.

I have all evidence to prove that they have given false commitment, based on that commitment only i accept this loan. But ICICI team asking me to pay the charges for closing this loan.

I request all to take serous action in ICICI and the person who did this purposefully.

I am mentally disturbed due to this cheating issue.

I cannot waste my money for someone job purposs.
