[Resolved] ICICI Bank — i am complaining about the fraud which has happened for money through online payment

I was doing payment through eazypay and while making the payment of 510 rs rs. It was deducted twice however one transaction was unsuccessful. I have attached screenshots of everything still no resolution as of now. This is completely not at all acceptable. Kindly reverse one of the transaction amount which was deducted twice from my account. Attaching all the required screenshots.
