[Resolved] ICICI Bank — I am complaining about wrong fund transfer | |||||
Dear sir, I am narasinga rao k, i made a wrong transaction for fund transfer from abroad to india. I entered wrong last digit of the account number. When i made this wrong transaction, i contacted the local branch manager of hyderabad which is begumpet branch in hyderabad is my local branch. It was happened 2 years ago and i am still sending followup mails and still didn't get any response from them. I contacted customer care and they are asking me to come to local branch and i mentioned them that i am in abroad since 2 year eventhough they are expecting me to come to the local branch and give a paper compliant to them. After i provide the paper complaint to them then they will start sending post to the wrong person to get the approval. 2 years back when i contacted the bank they told me that they will contact the wrong person and send the money back to the actual account but still no improvement.
