ICICI Bank — I got the salary on 01.09.16 and within half an hour Rs 4000 debited by some one

I opened a bank account for salary credit from ICICI bank and my salary credited at 12;00 hrs and from www.oxigenw. Rs 4000 debited from account. i am related with this debit. immediately informed to ICICI bank and they blocked my ATM card . complaint number given by ICICI bank--SR[protected].9.16. I contacted in person with authority, they have not given right answer about the complaint.
