ICICI Bank — I need relieving letter

I was working with ICICI Bank, Branch Code:2463 but on the payroll o[censored]ttam Associates.I was working as Jewel Loan Counselor Employee ID:[protected] I started working on November 2014 and resign on May 2016. I wasn't given any Payslip or any other supporting document for this. I was only given Offer letter. Now I need my relieving letter as the sales Experience is very important for my future career. I have asked my ICICI Bank reporting manager as well as the Circle Head but everyone is ignoring to help with letter. They are unable to provide me Contact details also. Please help.
