[Resolved] ICICI Bank — I was being mailed the credit card bill months before I received the card | |||
I have mailed to the customer care many times about this matter that i received my card in the month of january and they have been adding onto my credit card bills since september, without the credit card being delivered. After the credit card was delivered i mailed them regarding the same and their was no reponse. This time i paid the minimum amount due the blocking of my card, which i would really favour now with the refund of the amount i have paid. You can check the transaction i have made and when the card was delivered to me and the billing amount mails i have been receiving since when. I would like you to take a action on this or i can complain about the same in consumer courts. Was this information helpful? | |||
