ICICI Bank — I Wish closed but funds not credited.

I created an iwish account and had to close it the other day as i needed funds, but the funds did not come ot my acocunt at all. Whenever i call icici bank customer care or send them mails, they reply saying your iwish account is still open, even after attaching screenshots that the account has been closed. They are not giving my money back.
I have tried esclating it, calling people multiple time, sending mail to greivances redressal team, but nothing is working, how can a bank be so irresponsible.
