[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici account got hacked and looted me by rs. 10000 | |||
On 3 jan, 2018 i got multiple messages for transactions which i didn't do. Sum of amount 10, 000 got deducted from my account. Those transactions happened via debit card/online banking. I logged a request for deactivating debit card as soon as possible. But to register a fraid complaint it took entire day just to get in contact with customer care. I didn't receive any reply from icici bank after registering complaint. They are taking it so carelessly like they don't care about their customers. I have lost faith and money.
