ICICI Bank — Icici Bajaj scooter bond due on June 2023

We have icici bajaj scooter bond in the name of Rajendra c shah which is due on June 2023. Now the thing is that we have shifted to new address and because of that we didnt get any confirmation for redemption. I have mailed on [protected]@icicibank.com but i didnt get any revert.
Can you please tell me how to redeem and to whom should I contact for this ?
