[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici bank - amount deduction dp charges till jan-19

I am deepak i m. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jan-19) on 26-feb-2019. I have never used my demat account till now.

They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

I need justice and return my money back immediately. My account number is[protected].

When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

Dear ICICI, How can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that Rs 826/- has been deducted from my account towards DP CHARGES TILL JAN 2019 ([protected]). At the time of opening demat account you guys have mentioned clearly that there are no charges for demat account and it is absolutely free.

Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not.

Need action on priority.

When created demat account icici representative said it is free of cost and it will never be charged. Then I raised a complaint and ICICI replied to close the Demat account and mention refund amount in application form then your money will be refund within 15 days.

Demat Account closed on 08-MAR-19 but till now I am not getting Refund Amount.

This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. If this is happen in ICICI then how we can trust ICICI is safest place for our money. Kindly take serious action on this complaint and resolve this isssue and refund my amount.

I have been charged 118 rupees even after confirmation from the ICICI representative at the time of account opening.
Can you please resolve this query as early as possible?
