[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici bank amount not received from atm but amount deducted | |||||
Sir, two days before, on 05 aug 2020 evening i had an card less transaction of rs 7500/-. An error message stating that temporary cash cannot withdraw message displayed on atm. Immediately amount debited message came to my mobile number. After that i tried customer care number, after welcome to icici bank announcement the phone disconnecting. I tried many times. I went to bank then told it may be network issue and will be refunded within 48 hours. I continually checked my account for a refund. Today evening it is 2 days completed. Actually the amount is for my house rent. Now it is two days late because of bank end mistake. Again today i visited bank & they told to come on monday. They are not worried about problem i facing. Aug 7, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Amount reversed, 30 minutes after the complaint filed. The incident made me lot of stress as this is not a small amount for me. For the last Two days I repeatedly checking for a reversal. No customer help got. As it is happened by a mistake from bank I need compensation for this incident. If we made a bounce or extra transaction they will immediately debit charges without any kindness. How the mistakes are not chargeable at bank end? . I don't any extra transaction charges from bank end is coming to me, as I tried 5 or 6 times to withdraw the amount which is already debited the bank. They may charges as the transaction & debit for extra ATM transactions. ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
