ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank ASBA Facility is not working for applying in IPO

Hi Team,

I'm not able to apply in IPO trough ASBA Service from ICICI Bank from last around 10 days. I tried calling Customer Care many times but they were not able to provide the solution.

While applying on site massage shows "This facility is temporarily unavailable. Please login to ICICI Direct website or visit nearest ICICI Bank branch to avail this service." When I'm reaching to bank they are not aware of how to apply it trough Bank. Same informed to customer care again but they both were not able to provide any solution (also after talking to each other).

They are allowing it for the users who has ICICI Bank Demat Account (ICICI Direct) and pushing us to open ICICI Direct Demat account which has lot of brokerage charges, This seems a tactic to push people to open ICICI Bank Demat account. Everday I'm getting there spam calls to open the account and use it.
