I was trying to pay electricity bill for month June and July on 02.05.23 to WBSEDCL and initiated the transaction by clicking the pay button which took me to billdesk page and paid the amount of Rs 1328. The amount has been debited from my bank account, but page showed "Sorry ! we are unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later." messsage from bill desk.
