ICICI Bank — ICICI bank charged Ecsrtng charges on my account

I am a customer in Icici bank . On[protected] rupees 418 got debited from my account saying ecsrtng charges . Bank debited amount without any information and didn't send any information over mail or sms . I would like to know what charge it is and requesting to please refund my amount soon
