Hi, I am icici account holder, Spetember'20 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug20+GST" charges for 4 times, 16 Sep'20 - rs 161.88 17 Sep'20 - rs 0.02 25 Sep'20 - rs 5.00 30 Sep'20 - rs 541.08 Total - rs 707.98 I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I am icici account holder . I have been continuously disappointed by deduction charges. Almost 1500 rupees deducted . This is unfair without any prior notification.

9 Mar'23 - rs 2.98.
21 Mar23 - rs 3259.70

Total - rs 3262.68

I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction. Hello ICICI Ponneri branch manger kindly clarify this.
