[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici bank credit card not processing the refund

I have ordered a Bluetooth headset from amazon worth INR 1000 and 890 using my ICICI credit card ending with X0002 My orders were canceled due to product unavailability. Amazon Claims they have refunded the amount back to the original mode of payments that my credit Card. on 9 th and 10 May. I have been i Contacting ICICI i was was asked to wait 12 days which I did now after 22 may they raise a Dispute SR[protected] and mentioned that the decision will be informed in 54 working days. I feel i have been cheated as amazon claims ICICI have received the refund Iam left of no where please help
